# Tổng đài - SMS - ZNS

## Tổng quan

Mục đích chính của module **Tổng đài - SMS - ZNS** là giúp cho người dùng cài đặt và kiểm tra các thông tin về tin nhắn SMS, cuộc gọi OTT và các cuộc gọi thoại.

## Thao tác

Người dùng AppVN đã đăng nhập vào hệ thống, thuộc 1 doanh nghiệp (Business) và được phân quyền truy cập vào phần module **Tổng đài - SMS - ZNS** sẽ có quyền sử dụng các tính năng có trong module.

Để truy cập vào module **Tổng đài - SMS - ZNS**, ở giao diện màn hình chính của AppVN người dùng chọn **Tổng đài - SMS - ZNS**.
